The professional jury was enchanted by the product range and even the king awarded Mr. Zolnay with a Ferencz Jozsef order of merit. Today it is your turn to marvel at the gorgeous pieces as you wander through the exhibition. Next, reboard your coach for the short drive to the city center where your walking tour commences. Pass by museums, the Bishop´s Palace, the Dome Lapidary, or the Modern Hungarian Gallery before you arrive at the St. Peter and Paul Cathedral. When the church was consecrated in 1891 the Budapest newspapers wrote: "Whoever wants to see the Kingdom of Heaven should come to Pécs". Enjoy a guided visit inside followed by a private organ recital.Afterwards it is up to you if you would like to explore some more of the city’s attractions, try some tasty Hungarian food or simply wander the streets to soak up the atmosphere. You have ample free time before meeting your motor coach for the journey to the ship.

Some of these artists will demonstrate the traditional way to decorate eggs, plates, furniture or other household objects. Your traditional Kalocsa experience continues with a visit to the Paprika House, where you can learn all about the famous Hungarian spice. Everything about the history, the traditions and the different uses of paprika are portrayed here. A last highlight awaits, the remarkable Archiepiscopal Palace and the Archbishop´s Library. Founded by archbishop Ádám Patachich, the library houses about 150,000 books and other written documents, including the Vizsolyi Bible, the oldest Hungarian Bible in existence, dating to 1540. Bibles written by Martin Luther can also be found among the tomes. Return to your vessel after your enlightening visit.
