We offer trips to Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

The fleet comprises three unique ships: Mozart, Ravel and Debussy, all of which make for unforgettable journeys.

The river cruises run along the Danube, the Rhine, the Main, the Moselle, the Rhône and the Saône.

Our three ships sail different routes and cross different rivers. The Mozart crosses the Danube; the Ravel travels along the Rhône and the Saône and the Debussy travels along the Rhine, the Moselle and the Main.

The boat tours take you to the most beautiful European cities, including Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna, Lyon and more, which inspire with their history, architecture and cuisine.

The duration of the voyage varies depending on the route, but our cruises typically last between 4 and 22 days.

On board our river cruise ships, you can choose from a variety of restaurants and enjoy culinary specialities from all over Europe, accompanied by fine wines inspired by the different regions.

Our exclusive excursions offer architecture, art, music, nature and culinary experiences. From wine tastings to helicopter flights over picturesque landscapes - we guarantee you unforgettable experiences.

Our ships offer unrivalled luxury with the finest fabrics, fine materials and personalised service, including butler service in every suite.

As a rule, several languages are spoken on board, including German and English, to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay.

Riverside Luxury Cruises is an All-Suite river cruise ship and this concept encompasses Butler Service for each and every guest. Our dedicated Butlers will go out of their way to make you feel bundled up in comfort and care. Butler Services include packing and unpacking, shoeshine, serving hors d’oeuvres and meals in the Suite, deliveries as well as assisting with any kind of reservation, spa appointments, recommendations, etc.

We have prepared extensively for when unexpected circumstances, such as disruptive weather patterns or lock delays & closures, occur. Whilst we make every effort to minimize disruptions, the nature of river cruising dictates an expectation of deviations in the published itinerary.

To expedite the settlement of your account, your credit card information, along with your signature, is confirmed upon check-in. Your shipboard account and charges may be settled with cash, Bank-card (EC-card), MasterCard®, VISA® or American Express®. The currency on board Riverside Luxury Cruises is the Euro.

Smart Casual

Comfortable and casual is perfect on board or ashore for sightseeing. Be sure to bring comfortable, walking/sports shoes appropriate for your activities. Dining room attire is casual during the day; however, swimsuits, cover-ups/robes and baseball hats are not appropriate.

During the evening the following dressing attire would be recommended:

Ladies:
Blouse | Sweater | Dress slacks | Skirt | Dress
Warm wraps or evening coats, as well as gloves and scarves for fall and winter months

Gentlemen:
Open-collar shirt | Collared polo shirt | Button-down shirt | Dress shirt (no tie required) | Dress pants/Smart trousers | Sport coat (optional)

We kindly ask you to refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, flipflops in the evening.

Should you decide to dine on your own at a more formal restaurant on land, then a jacket and tie may be preferred or required for gentlemen. Be sure to pack appropriately for all of your planned experiences. There are bathrobes and slippers in each suite for your use during the cruise.
Other amenities include a hair dryer, upscale cosmetic products, and umbrella.

In each port we visit, Riverside Luxury Cruises offers a wide selection of excursions.  Some of them will be included in the Excursion package – others can be booked individually as „luxury“ also stands for choices.

Our Shore Excursion Operators are expected to meet our high standards ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shoreside experience.

Should you choose to book excursions arranged by us, we can assure you of the following:

Convenience: Drop-off and pick-up oints in each port are coordinated with your ship’s arrival and departure

Comfort: Limited group size for more intimate and personalized experience ashore and while sightseeing. All guests will be supplied with an audioguide-device on all our tours.

Protection: No penalties in the event of inclement weather, site closures or sailing time changes

No Hidden Fees: All-inclusive pricing – all entry fees, admissions, refreshments (where applicable), etc. included as detailed in each tour description.

Gratuities are already part of your Riverside Luxury Cruises experience. If you would like to provide a gratuity for service beyond your expectations, please do so at your own discretion through the Reception desk.

We are pleased to provide complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests.

Please note: Service interruptions may occur during particular stretches of the river/s, and while the ship is transiting locks.

There are no medical facilities or doctor on board Riverside Luxury Cruises. Medical service can be easily contacted from local shoreside facilities if required. Guests who require ongoing medication, or who have specific dietary needs are advised to bring an ample supply of medication or dietary supplements with them in their carry-on luggage.

Riverside Luxury Cruises reserves the right, without liability, to refuse to board and transport such guests who are in need of constant care by the river ship’s staff.

All Inclusive Package: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (in Waterside, Blue and Bistro), Water, Coffee, Tea, Fresh Juices, Soft Drinks, Beer, Selected Wines, Champagne and Spirits

Guests must take full responsibility for securing the required travel documents, including proper passports and visas, prior to departure.  Failure to comply may result in refusal of passage by
Customs and Immigration authorities.

Please note: We recommend guests contact their travel advisor to ensure they have secured all necessary visas and that all documentation is up to date. Riverside Luxury Cruises cannot be held responsible at the time of sailing for any visa information provided by us or travel advisors, as visa rules and requirements change regularly.

VISA REQUIREMENTS (U.S. AND EUROPEAN CITIZENS):
Currently, U.S. and European citizens do not require visas for river ship sailings in Europe.

VISA REQUIREMENTS (NON-U.S. CITIZENS):
As visa regulations vary for each nationality, we request that all guests who are non-U.S. citizens contact their travel advisor or a local visa service to determine their individual visa requirements for ALL PORTS. Visa information may also be obtained through the local embassy or consulate of the
countries you will be visiting.

Our Laundry is obliged to provide you with all the services you need, however – we offer our guests a fully equipped self-service laundry with Miele washing machines and driers as well as an ironing-board.

Riverside Luxury Cruises will allow smoking in a designated smoking area. The indoor Smoking area is the Connoisseur’s Club and the outdoor Smoking area is on Vista Deck 4 midship. Smoking is not allowed in public rooms, suites or any area that is not designated as a smoking area.

The Spa offers a range of beauty services for ladies and gentlemen performed by trained
professionals – we welcome you to an array of relaxing massages and spa treatments. The spa product line we are spoiling you with is Natura Bissé. This Barcelona-born luxury brand uses ground-breaking technology with high performance, pharmaceutical-grade ingredients for targeted, anti-ageing results. Appointments may be requested through your Butler or directly through the Spa Reception on board.

The Salon’s dedicated professionals welcome you with their featured services which include haircuts, hairstyling, manicures and pedicures. Appointments may be requested through your Butler or directly through the Spa Reception on board.

On the days of embarkation and disembarkation, Riverside Luxury Cruises is pleased to provide complimentary transfers between the ship and select airports. Service is offered to/from the following airports: BUD (Budapest Ferenc Liszt International), MUC (Munich International for Passau) and VIE (Vienna International). Guests traveling to/from other airports, train stations or local hotels may reserve private car transfers for an additional charge.

All guests arriving by air (either international or domestic), must claim their luggage, clear customs and then will be met by our Riverside Luxury Cruises‘ representative in the arrivals hall (not in
the baggage claim area).
